Mayer Named One of Turnarounds & Workouts' 2012 Outstanding Restructuring Lawyers

Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy partner Thomas Moers Mayer was honored as one of 2012's Outstanding Restructuring Lawyers by Turnarounds & Workouts. Mr. Mayer's outstanding achievements cited include advising Dutch Trustees, the largest creditor in the Lehman Brothers Treasury Co. B.V. case, with a $34 billion claim; representing Jefferson County, AL in chapter 9 bankruptcy; representing ad hoc groups in the Eastman Kodak bankruptcy; and representing creditors' committees in Patriot Coal, Hostess, WP Steel, Capmark Financial Group and Evergreen Solar. Mr. Mayer was one of only 12 lawyers nationwide that was chosen for the honor.
