Mr. Mayer's outstanding achievements cited include advising Dutch Trustees, the largest creditor in the Lehman Brothers Treasury Co. B.V. case, with a $34 billion claim; representing Jefferson County, AL in chapter 9 bankruptcy; representing ad hoc groups in the Eastman Kodak bankruptcy; and representing creditors' committees in Patriot Coal, Hostess, WP Steel, Capmark Financial Group and Evergreen Solar.
