Temkin authored the article "Lanham Act False Advertising: The Expert Is Key," which appeared in the July 19, 2010 issue of New York Law Journal. The article examines the critical role expert testimony often plays in Lanham Act false advertising litigation, and outlines the key types of experts required in false advertising suits. The article also notes that beside finding qualified experts in the correct fields, finding experts who make good witnesses is also extremely important.
