Recent Trends in European SPAs and Comparisons with US Practice

Paris partner Reid Feldman's article, "Recent Trends in European SPAs and Comparisons with US Practice", appeared in the Sept. 9, 2016 issue of the International Bar Association's publication Business Law International. The article discusses the standardization in share purchase agreements used in European private M&A deals, and the significant differences on key terms from deal-to-deal and, more generally, between European and US practice.
