Réformer la gouvernance des marchés financiers par les biens communs

Hubert de Vauplane wrote an article that appeared in the October 2015 issue of the French publication Revue Banque. The article deals with the following topic: Reforming the governance of financial markets via common goods. The governance of financial markets needs to be reformed to avoid further abuses. The solution is based on more democracy for the governance of regulation bodies as well as market infrastructures.
