Gilles Kolifrath wrote an article that appeared in the March 2015 issue of the French legal publication Revue de Droit Bancaire et Financier. The article discusses fee-sharing agreements in the context of the new MIF II Directive. The European Securities and Markets Authority published on December 19th 2014 its technical opinions on the MIF II Directive and clarified the rules to be applied to fee-sharing agreements.
