Rothman, Herzog, Jones Named to Turnarounds & Workouts Bankruptcy Tax Specialists in the Nation's Major Law Firms List
Tax partners Howard J. Rothman, Barry Herzog and Maria T. Jones were named to Turnarounds & Workouts Magazine's list of "Bankruptcy Tax Specialists in the Nation's Major Law Firms." They and the firm were cited for work representing the creditor’s committees in Motors Liquidation Corp. (old GM), Capmark Financial Group and Smurfit Stone Container Corp.; debtor’s counsel in St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers; and a large creditor in Appleseed's Intermediate Holdings.
