Land Use partner Paul D. Selver was quoted in an article appearing in The Real Deal New York about the 20 new "green" zoning guidelines set to be released by the Bloomberg administration on December 12. Selver, who is chair of the Real Estate Board of New York's zoning committee, said officials briefed them on the proposal, and that it seems to focus on removing obstacles in the Zoning Resolution "that work against green building design." He noted that state subsidies and tax benefits already provide incentives for sustainable development.
