Norman C. Simon, Co-chair of Kramer Levin’s Advertising Litigation Practice, today co-presented the findings of a Working Group of the Advertising Disputes & Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) at the ABA’s Antitrust Law Spring Meeting held at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. The 59-member Working Group – which was comprised of representatives of consumer product companies, industry associations and advertising lawyers – was charged with evaluating the procedures of the National Advertising Division (NAD) and the state of advertising self-regulation in the United States, following on a request for input from the President of the Advertising Self-Regulatory Council.
