In an article appearing on TechConfidential.com, Corporate Partner Howard Spilko was noted as having counseled investors in a venture capital deal with Intrinsity Inc., a semiconductor company that is transitioning into focusing solely on licensing its intellectual property. Spilko represented investors Goldman, Sachs & Co., Altitude Capital Partners and Northwater Capital Management Inc. in the $31.5 million transaction. Tax Partner Barry Herzog and Corporate Associates Joshua Davis and Benjamin Langille also worked on the deal.
