Tax Alert - Creation in France of a Public Register of Trusts
On June 30, 2016, France will publish an on-line “public register of trusts” - an unprecedented initiative which will make public personal information held by French tax authorities, with the announced goal of fighting tax evasion, money-laundering and financing of illicit activities.
