The article focuses on the complaint the National Labor Relations Board filed against American Medical Response of Connecticut, Inc. in 2010, which maintained that workers' posted comments on social networking sites constituted protected activity, and the concerns employers may have regarding the reach of the National Labor Relations Act in light of the complaint, which was subsequently settled.
