Two Kramer Levin Private Equity Transactions Win 2015 Deal of the Year Honors at M&A Atlas Awards

Kramer Levin won 2015 Deal of the Year honors at Global M&A Network’s M&A Atlas Awards for its representation of Stone Point Capital in its acquisition of Oasis Outsourcing, a transaction named North America Private Equity Deal of the Year (Middle Markets), and for its representation of SJ Partners in its sale of Spectrio LLC, which was named North America Deal of the Year (Small Markets).

The Kramer Levin team on the Stone Point team was led by Corporate partner Howard T. Spilko and associate Jonathan B. Vessey and included Corporate partner Daniel A.
