Wasserstein Affiliate Completes Acquisition of Kramer Levin Client Globecomm
On December 11, 2013, Globecomm Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: GCOM), a leading communications solutions provider, announced that an affiliate of Wasserstein & Co. has completed its acquisition of Globecomm for $14.15 per share in cash, without interest. The merger was approved by Globecomm’s stockholders on November 22, 2013. The Kramer Levin team that represented Globecomm included Corporate partners Richard H. Gilden and Abbe L. Dienstag; Litigation partner Jonathan M. Wagner; and Corporate associates Carol Archer, Michael Brooks, Yael Steiner, and Jennifer A. Wilen.
