Who’s Who Legal Names Gary Naftalis as One of the Most Highly Regarded Business Crime Defense Lawyers in the United States

Firm co-Chair, Gary Naftalis was named by Who’s Who Legal as one of the most highly regarded Business Crime Defense Lawyers in the United States in its annual rating of lawyers and firms. Mr. Naftalis was one of only eight lawyers in the country who earned that distinction. Who’s Who Legal described Mr. Naftalis as a “magnificent” advocate and a “point of reference” in the New York legal market. They noted he had an “unrivaled history” in the field, having been involved in “numerous notable cases” including successfully representing Disney CEO Michael Eisner in the trial relating to the hiring and termination of Michael Ovitz and the City of New York in connection with the governmental investigation relating to the fire at the Deutsche Bank building.
