On November 9, an investor group led by ZelnickMedia completed its acquisition of Kramer Levin client Alloy, Inc. The transaction is valued at approximately $126.3 million. The deal aims to build Alloy into a leading entertainment and media brand for the millennial generation. Alloy is the creator of successful television shows such as Gossip Girl and The Vampire Diaries, and is one of the country's largest providers of media and marketing programs reaching targeted consumer segments. ZelnickMedia is a partnership of experienced media executives and investors, managing and owning interests in an array of media enterprises.
