Alliance for Young Artists and Writers. The Alliance coordinates with regional organizations to sponsor awards programs for high school students who have special proficiencies in the visual or literary arts.
Paul Connuck and
Bonnie Podolsky advised the Alliance in connection with certain grant agreements between the Alliance and third party donors.
American Friends of the Israel Museum. The American Friends of the Israel Museum supports the Israel Museum, the national museum of Israel located in Jerusalem, by raising endowment and operating funds and securing donations and loans of major works of art to the Museum.
Sandy Lindenbaum serves as General Counsel and Honorary Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Museum. He handles all its corporate and tax matters, employment agreements, and donations and legacies. In 2005,
Abe Safdie also advised on corporate matters.
American Friends of Maestro. American Friends of Maestro, Inc. awards grants to organizations that promote the advancement of musical and other cultural and artistic values of Israeli society.
Sidney Friedman represented the organization in connection with its registration with various states.
Anne-Sophie Mutter Foundation.

Parthena Psyllos provided advice on a variety of matters to the Anne-Sophie Mutter Foundation, a nonprofit foundation based in Munich, Germany, that provides scholarships to young, talented string players all over the world. Among other forms of assistance, the foundation helps these players by arranging auditions and paying for related travel expenses and by lending instruments and paying for related insurance costs.
Brooklyn Conservatory of Music. The Conservatory is one of the oldest and largest community schools of the arts in the nation.

The India Center. Helayne Stoopack,

Mike Seaton successfully obtained tax-exempt status for The India Center, an organization that educates the public about traditional Indian culture.
New York Creates. Mary Jo Brady and
Mike Seaton worked towards the formation of New York Creates, Inc., an organization that will support traditional craft artists and artisans.
New York Foundation for the Arts. The New York Foundation for the Arts supports individual artists, advances their efforts to develop and create artworks, and provides the public with opportunities to experience and understand their work by offering financial and informational assistance to artists and organizations that directly serve artists.

New York Gilbert & Sullivan Players. The New York Gilbert & Sullivan Players (NYGASP) was founded in 1974 and is dedicated to building and maintaining a professional opera/musical theater repertory company specializing in the performance of the works of Gilbert & Sullivan. It is committed to serving existing audiences of the G&S operas and to promoting and developing new and broader audiences through performance, educational programs, and outreach to community organizations. In 2005,
