Fab Foundation. Bruce Rabb formed and help organize the Fab Foundation, an organization that supports the understanding and use of personal fabrication technology developed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Personal fabrication technology is technology that computerizes and brings together in a small area several basic types of fabrication tools, enabling people with limited resources to build almost anything.
Friends of the High Line. Elise Wagner serves as land use counsel in connection with the development of a linear public park on an above-grade railroad line on the West Side of Manhattan. She provides advice on matters including zoning, the Americans with Disabilities Act, governance, and historic preservation issues.
Hebrew Free Loan Society. Monica Lord and Ilana Kahn assisted a Russian woman and loan applicant with the purchase of the assets of a spa and beauty salon in Brooklyn.
Blake Rigel provided tax advice.
The Orphans' Fund for University Education. The Orphans' Fund for University Education is a charitable organization that was formed to identify orphans and other vulnerable children age 15 and up in Africa and elsewhere in the world who are prevented from obtaining higher education because of a lack of resources, and to provide them with financial support for such education.
Bruce Rabb helped organize The Orphans' Fund and is currently assisting it on corporate governance matters.
Turning the Page. Turning the Page is a nonprofit corporation that links Washington, D.C. public schools, families, and the community to ensure that students receive valuable educational resources and a high-quality public education.

Westchester Cycle Club. Allan Reznick,
Helayne Stoopack, David Zlotchew, and then-summer associate William Johnson assisted Westchester Cycle Club, Inc. in seeking to obtain tax-exempt status. Westchester Cycle Club is a New York not-for-profit corporation formed, among other things, to educate the general public about bicycle safety and the benefits of bicycle riding and to promote bicycle use and development of cycling facilities.
