Mr. Dienstag's practice covers general corporate and securities matters.  These include mergers and acquisitions, contests for corporate control, issuer representation in public and private capital finance, representation of lenders and borrowers in credit finance transactions, governance issues and acquisition-related antitrust counseling.  Mr. Dienstag represented Tyco International Ltd. in all of its public acquisitions in the last decade, and presently counsels Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., one of the world's leading suppliers of electrical components, in both its M&A and finance activities.  He also works with members of the firm's corporate restructuring department and claims trading practice group advising clients on securities law matters in the restructuring context.
