Aaron Haleva’s practice focuses primarily on patent prosecution and litigation. Mr. Haleva has extensive experience prosecuting patents in the United States and foreign patent offices for numerous clients in the areas of computer networking, medical technology and informatics, optoelectronics, computer graphics and image processing, semiconductors, electronics and electronic devices and telephony. He has also prosecuted patents for a wide variety of sophisticated business methods implemented across computer networks and the Internet.
Mr. Haleva has created and managed worldwide patent portfolios in the areas of computer networking systems and devices, and medical imaging and interactive visualization.
Mr. Haleva provides counseling to clients on infringement, validity and freedom to operate matters, as well as detailed representation of clients in patent litigations and arbitrations.
