Mr. Jariwala practices intellectual property litigation with a particular focus on patent litigation. He has experience working with clients that do business in a range of technology sectors, including semiconductors, computer security software, air disc brakes, and telecommunication networks.

He also has experience representing clients pro bono including seeking asylum for a Tibetan refugee and representing the Corporation Counsel of New York City Law Department in civil depositions. Prior to law school, Mr. Jariwala worked as an engineer on military technologies and commercial products involving radar systems and satellite communications.

  • Trs. Of Boston University v. Seoul Semiconductor Co., Ltd., et al. (D. Mass) — Representing Seoul Semiconductor in a patent infringement action and an inter partes review involving manufacturing of gallium nitride light emitting diodes (LEDs).
  • Prism v. AT&T; Prism v. Verizon; Prism v. Sprint; Prism v. U.S. Cellular; Prism v. T-Mobile (D. Neb.) — Representing Prism Technologies in patent infringement action involving access control for wireless networks.
  • Toyoda Gosei v. Formosa Epitaxy (N.D. Cal.) – Represented Toyoda Gosei in a patent enforcement action against a Taiwanese semiconductor manufacturer.
  • Bendix Commercial Vehicle Sys. LLC, et al. v. WABCO Auto. Control Sys., Inc., et al., (N.D. Ohio) – Defended WABCO in a patent infringement action relating to air disc brakes.
  • Triangle Software, LLC v. Garmin Int'l, Inc. et al. (E.D. Va.) - Defended Volkswagen Group of America in a patent infringement action relating to vehicle navigation systems.
  • Bluestone Innovations LLC v. Toyoda Gosei (N.D. Cal.) - Obtained favorable resolution of a patent infringement action involving fabrication of light emitting diodes (LEDs) after successfully transferring case from the Eastern District of Texas to the Northern District of California.
