Ms. Kaup’s practice focuses primarily on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. She has been involved in representing creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, investors, other constituencies and fiduciaries in a variety of bankruptcy proceedings and in related litigation matters, relating to a diverse range of industries including the financial, legal, retail, manufacturing, automotive, food and telecommunications industries.

Ms. Kaup is also committed to pro bono work and serving the firm and the community. She serves as a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee and has spearheaded initiatives and written articles aimed at increasing diversity at the firm.
