Mr. Marquardt is the managing partner of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP’s Paris office. His general corporate practice includes mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, construction projects and arbitrations.

Mr. Marquardt has been involved in financings and corporate acquisitions in more than a dozen countries. His primary area of focus includes M&A, private equity and securitizations for multinational financial service clients. Additionally, Mr. Marquardt frequently serves as an arbitrator or counsel in arbitrations.

Mr. Marquardt is a frequent author and speaker on the topics of corporate and structured finance and arbitration. He has published a series of articles in the International Financial Law Review and other law reviews discussing French and international corporate and capital markets issues.
