Mr. Paszkiewicz practices corporate and tax law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.
A specialist in French corporate law and taxation, Mr. Paszkiewicz has represented both public and private clients. He acted for the government of France and local political entities in the transactional and financial aspects of a multi-billion dollar project near Paris involving a recreational park and concessions to be constructed over a 30-year period. For corporate clients active in a wide range of industrial, financial, media, and real estate sectors, Mr. Paszkiewicz has been involved in acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations in France, and also in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and many European countries including Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Spain and Poland. Principally he has represented buyers, sellers and investors especially in connection with legal and tax problems encountered when foreign-based companies make acquisitions in Europe. Mr. Paszkiewicz has also been active in structuring foreign-owned real estate holdings in France.
