Principally he has represented buyers, sellers and investors especially in connection with legal and tax problems encountered when foreign-based companies make acquisitions in Europe. He has also been active in structuring foreign-owned real estate holdings in France. He is also an active member of the World Trade Executive International Tax Advisory Board.
