Antoine Paszkiewicz practices corporate and commercial law. His general corporate practice includes mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, complex commercial contracts as well as arbitrations for corporate clients active in a wide range of industrial, financial, media, motion picture and real estate sectors.

He acted for the government of France and local political entities in the transactional and financial aspects of a multi-billion dollar project near Paris involving a recreational park and concessions to be constructed over a 30-year period. He has been involved in acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations in France, the United States, Australia, New Zealand and many European countries including Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Spain and Poland. He has also been active in structuring foreign-owned real estate holdings in France.He represents corporate clients in French courts and handles international arbitrations (LCIA – LMAA) and multi-jurisdiction litigations (US Federal courts and European jurisdictions). Mr. Paszkiewicz is ranked by Décideurs Stratégie Droit Finance 2014 for having a high quality practice (pratique de qualité) in Arbitration.

He is also quoted in the 1* band (max 5*) in International Arbitration in the rankings released by Option Droit & Affaires for 2014.
