Mr. Price is admitted to practice in both the UK and New York and has considerable experience in cross-border and international business transactions. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities law and general corporate advisory work. Mr. Price spent several years working in London where he gained particular experience in advising clients in the hotel, leisure and gaming industries across a broad range of corporate matters.
