Allan E. Reznick

Mr. Reznick focuses his practice on corporate, banking, insurance and securities law.

Mr. Reznick has substantial expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions,  leveraged and structured lending, as well as with oil and gas and other resource industry finance.  His publications include articles about contractual relations with banking regulators, and he has lectured on financing alternatives for insurance companies as well as on restructuring techniques for troubled insurance businesses. Mr. Reznick is also an AIDA Reinsurance & Insurance Arbitration Society (ARIAS·U.S.) certified arbitrator.
