• Boaz I. Cohen works on litigation matters, including Lanham Act false advertising cases and proceedings before the National Advertising Division.

    Boaz recently returned to Kramer Levin after clerking for the Honorable Stuart J. Rabner, Supreme Court of New Jersey. He earlier took a year from his practice with the firm to clerk for the Honorable Kevin McNulty, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

    Boaz is an editor of Kramer Levin’s weekly Advertising Litigation Report. He has co-authored two U.S. Supreme Court amicus briefs as part of his pro bono practice.
