Ms. Mehra is a member of Kramer Levin’s Intellectual Property Group. Her practice primarily involves litigation matters, focusing on
intellectual property as well as general commercial disputes. Her litigation experience includes complex patent infringement and false advertising actions in various industries. Sample cases include: 

• Represented pharmaceutical industry plaintiff in false advertising litigation involving 39 day trial with dozens of fact and expert witnesses, resulting in a finding of false advertising and significant monetary and injunctive relief. 
• Successfully obtained dismissal for lack of personal jurisdiction over an international pharmaceutical manufacturer. 
• Representing satellite radio company in patent infringement action involving audio content that can be downloaded and played according to a playlist. 
• Representing both patentee and generic manufacturer in multiple litigations under the Hatch-Waxman Act. 
• Defended chipset manufacturer against charges of patent infringement. 
• Represented French software company in a complex copyright and trademark infringement case. 
• Successfully defended pharmaceutical industry defendant against charges of patent infringement by asserting claims of inequitable conduct in case that reached favorable settlement.
