Mr. Rabb's practice focuses primarily on U.S. and international corporate and securities law.
Mr. Rabb draws upon his experience in structuring of joint ventures; acquisitions of businesses and large equipment; public and private financing of new ventures and existing businesses; licensing of equipment and technology; protection of trade secrets; and general counseling of both entrepreneurs and established management. Mr. Rabb's clients include companies in the areas of manufacturing, newspaper and television, investments, private equity funds, the development and application of high technology, renewable energy, and health care. He also provides legal assistance to several nonprofit organizations. He is on the board of many for profit and not for profit companies.
