OUR APPROACH - WE BUILD WELL-ROUNDED LAWYERS
- Summer associates are afforded the opportunity to work in any area they choose. Our summer associate program does not involve mandatory rotations or required assignments.
- Associates at all levels are encouraged to learn all aspects of their field and we work to provide a wide variety of assignments with exposure to many areas of substantive law that result in a well-rounded experience.
OUR SIZE
- Our firm is large enough to get premier work and be considered a large firm, yet small enough to have people who genuinely care about associate development and satisfaction.
- Our summer associate class size allows for maximum exposure and opportunities, along with a diverse sampling of law students.
- We also aim to leanly staff projects so associates can gain exposure working directly with partners and clients on major cases and deals.
OUR WORK STYLE
- We are less formal and less hierarchical than other firms. We work hard while recognizing and respecting people’s outside interests and commitments.
- We seek to balance the demand for dedicated professionalism with a commitment to outside responsibilities. That balance is reflected in the professional and quality standards that we expect of our attorneys and the benefits and support that we provide them.
