• Feedback is an essential component of a summer associate’s development and happiness. We provide formal, constructive evaluations twice during the summer in addition to continual feedback throughout the summer.

• Each summer associate is assigned a partner mentor and an associate buddy. These mentors are available to help with firm integration, assignment feedback and career advice and support. Partner mentors deliver evaluations and regularly check in. Associate mentors and buddies are available for more informal mentoring relationships or just to hang out.
