Kramer Levin's Summer Program allows students to gain insight into the Firm's distinct character in a way that no formal interview can accomplish. Our summer program is the foundation of our recruiting effort, and we maintain high standards in selecting a limited number of qualified participants. As a result, every summer associate is given intensive, hands-on work and is treated as a practicing attorney, attending meetings and receiving the same assignments as first-year associates.
