Ms. Klinger's practice focuses primarily on all aspects of trademark, trade name, and trade dress law, including foreign and domestic prosecution, clearance, litigation, interparties proceedings, licensing, transactional and enforcement matters. Ms. Klinger also counsels clients in copyright law, internet and domain name issues, and unfair competition matters.  Ms. Klinger represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including fashion, consumer goods, software, real estate firms and business organizations.
