Mr. Orengo is the head of the Litigation Department in the Paris office. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation as well as white-collar criminal law.
Mr. Orengo has vast trial experience before the French courts, specializing in bankruptcy litigation and lenders’ liability defense. He represents a large number of international financial institutions and factoring companies before the French courts and in arbitration proceedings.
He was a winner of the Moot Court Competition before the Supreme Court in 1971 (Conférence du Stage des Avocats au Conseil d’Etat et à la Cour de Cassation) and of the Moot Court Competition before the Court of Appeals in 1973 (Conférence du Stage des Avocats à la Cour d’Appel).
