The Corporate Department of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP applies a wealth of experience and a focused, pragmatic approach to advancing the objectives of our broad range of business clients. We have a thriving banking practice that includes a wide range of secured and unsecured debt transactions as well as workouts.
In addition to representing large institutional clients, we work closely with the management of early-stage and mid-cap companies to help guide them through structural and organizational issues that, with the passage of time, would be handled by in-house counsel.
