Dorothée Chambon is a counsel in the Tax department of Kramer Levin’s Paris office.
Ms. Chambon assists French and international businesses, (principally pharmaceutical, informational, electronical, transport and renowned international packaging groups) in fields such as parapharmaceutical taxation, national and international taxation (transfer pricing, group restructuring, project finance, tax planning, assistance with tax audits, monitoring litigation).In relation with the tax affairs of private clients, Ms. Chambon advises individuals, trustees, and private banks in the drawing up and implementation of their internal and international wealth projects and strategies (optimisation of wealth tax, income, real estate and capital gain taxes). She also assists families in their tax settlement plans and in their tax audits and disputes. Furthermore, she assists and represents French and international clients during tax audit operations following tax disputes.
