Mr. Levin's practice focuses on corporate law, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Levin has represented a range of clients in the areas of corporate finance (including initial public offerings for both issuers and underwriters), mergers and acquisitions, corporate control transactions (including tender offers and proxy fights), and general corporate representation of public companies and their boards of directors. Recently, Mr. Levin has taken on the additional role of Managing Director of the Legal Services Group at the firm.
