Ms. Post represents financial institutions and major corporations in a broad array of cases involving securities litigation, including broker dealer disputes and regulatory investigations initiated by the NYSE, NASD and SEC. She also handles general commercial litigation matters involving contractual disputes, business torts and corporate fiduciary duties. Ms. Post has litigated cases in federal and states courts throughout the country and in arbitration proceedings before the NASD and AAA.
She is the co-author of the following articles: “Loss Causation Requirement Reaffirmed in Securities Fraud Actions,”
New York Law Journal, June 9, 2005 issue and “Loss Causation,”
The Daily Deal, March 21, 2005. Ms. Post also serves on the New York City Affairs Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
