Mr. Schneller's practice focuses primarily on representing commercial banks, investment banks and hedge funds that invest in distressed situations, such as companies in bankruptcy, and counseling creditors in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructurings. He also has primary responsibility for the firm’s European loan and claims trading practice.
Mr. Schneller provides counsel to commercial banks, investment banks and hedge funds engaged in the analysis, purchase and sale of securities of and claims against companies in financial distress. Another component of Mr. Schneller's practice involves representing banks and secured and unsecured creditors in connection with restructurings in and outside of bankruptcy, as well as receivables financing and structured transactions. He also represents clients in connection with other corporate and transactional matters including distressed lending, intercreditor arrangements and private equity investments.
