Ms. Klein’s practice focuses on all aspects of trademark and copyright law, as well as issues relating to domain names, internet law, rights of publicity, and unfair competition. Ms. Klein regularly counsels clients concerning brand development, and protection and enforcement of intellectual property, both in the U.S. and as part of a global strategy. While Ms. Klein represents clients in a wide variety of industries, her practice concentrates most particularly on the fields of entertainment, broadcasting, hospitality, food/beverage, fashion and consumer goods. Ms. Klein’s work includes licensing, transactional matters, trademark and copyright prosecution, enforcement, inter partes proceedings, litigation, and general counseling on a variety of issues.
