Abigail Badway

Abigail Badway works on litigation matters.

Abigail returns to Kramer Levin after participating in the firm’s summer associate program, where she assisted in research and motions related to white-collar defense and other litigation matters. While in law school, Abigail interned at the First Amendment clinic, where her work included researching and drafting briefs in libel and defamation cases as well as participating in client meetings, hearings and court appearances.
