• Anne-Sophie Tomé works on complex structured finance and securitization transactions involving a wide variety of asset classes. 

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Anne-Sophie worked as an associate in the New York office of a global law firm with a primary focus on advising asset managers, borrowers, lenders and third-party equity investors on the taxation of collateralized loan obligations, secured lending transactions, structured financing arrangements and warehouse facilities.
