• Caroline Gange works on bankruptcy and restructuring matters, assisting in the representation of ad hoc creditor groups, creditors’ committees, and major secured and unsecured creditors, as well as debtors, in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings and other distressed situations.

    Caroline has recently been involved in the representation of the ad hoc committee of consenting governmental claimants in the Purdue Pharma bankruptcy cases.
