• Chloe C. Bootstaylor works on complex litigation matters. Chloe handles all phases of these cases, and her work includes drafting motions, briefs and other filings; managing discovery review and production; preparing for fact and expert witness depositions and testimony; and serving as a member of trial and appellate teams.

    Chloe previously worked as an associate with the complex litigation practice of a global firm headquartered in New York City, before leaving private practice to clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Chloe worked as an associate with a premier Washington, DC, litigation firm in its public client practice. During law school, Chloe provided pro bono legal services through Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem and The Legal Aid Society of New York, and participated in the Challenging the Consequences of Mass Incarceration Clinic at Columbia Law School.
