• Daria R. Schieferstein works on litigation matters. Previously an associate with the Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice, Daria returns to Kramer Levin after clerking for the Hon. Robert Lehrburger, magistrate judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

    While in law school, Daria interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, at the New York Attorney General’s Office, and at Lincoln Square Legal Services, in the Legislative and Policy Advocacy and the Poverty, Tax and Justice clinics.

    Daria volunteers her time to both of her alma maters, serving as a member of the Fordham Law Recent Graduates Committee and with the Alumnae/i Association of Vassar College.
