• David Lansky, Ph.D., handles intellectual property matters, in particular patent litigation in federal court and post-grant procedures before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. David prepares and prosecutes U.S. and international patent applications, conducts patent portfolio analyses and provides formal freedom to operate opinions. He also advises on intellectual property transactions and intellectual property-related issues in corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.

    David brings more than 15 years of patent and intellectual property experience to his work on behalf of clients. Prior to joining Kramer Levin, David served as a senior patent attorney for a leading life sciences and biotechnology company, where he led the legal department. He previously worked as an associate in the intellectual property practices of global law firms and with an intellectual property boutique firm and, during law school, as a science advisor in the New York City office of a multinational law firm.
