• Edward P. Chen works on securitization matters, assisting issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders and service providers with public and private structured finance and securitization transactions involving a wide variety of asset classes. Edward’s work includes negotiating, drafting and reviewing transaction and related documents, managing and conducting due diligence, and facilitating closings.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Edward served as senior counsel with one of the world’s largest life and health reinsurance companies, and as associate general counsel with a leading provider of life insurance premium finance. He also previously worked in private practice in the New York City offices of two global law firms. Following law school, Edward was a 2012 fellow with the MinKwon Center for Community Justice.
