• Ella Leviyeva works on employment-based and business immigration law matters, assisting companies across a variety of industries in securing immigrant and nonimmigrant work visas, temporary work authorizations, and employment-based permanent residence status for their employees. Ella is also experienced in family-based immigration matters and committed to providing pro bono immigration help to refugees and asylees.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Ella worked with several New York City-based and global law firms. While in law school, she interned at the New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) Pro Se Clinic at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and in the Immigration Law Unit of The Legal Aid Society of New York.
