• Gabriel Eisenberger works on corporate, restructuring and distressed asset matters. With a dual degree in law and business, and a background in corporate law and litigation from time spent as a legal assistant and law office administrator for a boutique business law firm, Gabriel brings both a business and a legal perspective to his work on behalf of clients. He performs credit and collateral analysis and contract review for institutional clients, and has assisted in representation of official creditors committees in the Boy Scouts of America, Brazos and Endo Pharmaceuticals bankruptcies.

    Gabriel also commits time to pro bono and community service, including providing pro bono representation on housing, guardianship and identity theft matters. His previous volunteer work was in Longli, China, where he taught English to disadvantaged children.
