• Ila B. Lansky, Ph.D., works on intellectual property matters, in particular those involving biotechnological, pharmaceutical, chemical and medical device inventions.

    Ila brings more than 20 years of research and forensics experience to her work on behalf of clients, including previously serving as the director of forensics for a leading company that provides polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based DNA technologies and as a forensic scientist and criminalist for the Offices of the Medical Examiner in New York City and Nassau County. Ila has testified as an expert witness in litigation throughout New York City and internationally.
